LEGAL PAPERS for CHINESE CITIZENS
- 1. COPY OF THE PASSPORTS OF THE BOTH PARTIES.
- 2. FULL BIRTH CERTIFICATES OF BRIDE AND GROOM.
- 3. CERTIFICATE OF NON IMPEDIMENT FOR BOTH.
This document confirms that you have not been married and that you are free to married. This document mustn’t be issued more then three months before your wedding. - 4. DIVORCE CERTIFICATE IF ANY.
In case that any of the parties is divorced, please provide a certified copy of the Decree Absolute. - 5. OFFICIAL DOCUMENT ABOUT CHANGING THE NAME IF ANY.
- 6. ADOPTION CERTIFICTES IF ANY.

All documents must be translated in Greek Embassy/ Consulate in your country, or you can send them to our agency for translation
Please send all of your documents to our office by fax or email four weeks prior to the wedding date for review.
Original documents you will bring with you once when we confirm that the documents are in order.
You have to be in Santorini 1 working day after the wedding to register the wedding and the Town Hall will send you the Marriage Certificate by post.
Both parties are obliged to provide full Birth Certificate. Short versions will not be accepted.
