My husband and I had planned on getting married somewhere very exotic in June 2004. We were going to be visiting Athens for several days and thought, why not look to get married on a greek island? After much research, we decided on the island of Santorini. Then we found the website www.weddings-in-santorini.com. I contacted MIchael and he immediately returned my e-mail. I told him what we were looking for - a small, simple wedding at a gorgeous location. He sent me many pictures, websites, and expert opinions of beautiful places to marry. He was so knowledgable and really put me at ease.
He even arranged our flight to get to Santorini and got us the best price possible. When we arrived in Santorini, it couldn't have been easier. He showed up at our hotel ready to answer any last minute questions and explain step-by-step how the ceremony would go. I felt totally confident and reassured. I had brought a video camera with me and wanted the wedding video taped (even though we had not talked about this before). One of the witnesses he provided was a professional videographer and taped the entire ceremony for us. It looked so professional! Our wedding was absolutely fabulous. The photographer was completely professional and produced some of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen. Our friends and family (though not with us) were able to share the magic that we had experienced. I know that when we return to Santorini, we will definitely contact Michael to arrange another fabulous experience for us - possibly the renewal of our vows! Thank you weddings-in-santorini for putting us at utmost ease and giving us the wedding we had always dreamed about!

Thanks so much for making our renewal of vows so perfect! You really made the day exactly as I pictured it, and my husband was so surprised. Everything was so wonderful from the musicians and playing our song - The Wedding Song - to the flowers, wine and location. You are so good at what you do and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who plans a wedding in Santorini. We went to the restaurant you recommended and had a wonderful lunch with a beautiful view of the Caldera.
We also had time to do some shopping and bought some wonderful pieces of art glass as a memory of our wonderful day on the island of Santorini. I'm sure we will be back some time in the future to celebrate our new "anniversary."

My husband and I live in New York and decided that we would like to have our wedding in Santorini , Greece . We did some research on the internet on wedding planners in Santorini and sent emails to various people. We contacted Michael about 7 months prior to our wedding. Right away we could tell he understood exactly what we were looking for and he was very responsive, sending us many venue options for both the ceremony and reception. Michael appreciated that we lived in a different country and at first were apprehensive of organizing everything over the internet.
He sent us many many pictures and provided us with references to put our minds at ease. Over the next few months we were in constant communication (in-fact I think I drove him mad :)) about every detail; flowers, photographer, food, paperwork, cake, music etc etc. We arrived in Santorini 6 days before the wedding and Michael met us and showed us the ceremony and reception venue and introduced us to the owners of the restaurant. He also introduced us to the photographer and we provided him a list of “must take” photos and showed us the island. We married at Selene restaurant in Fira, Santorini on May 15 th 2004. We had our ceremony and champagne hour on the upper terrace overlooking the volcano at sunset. The whole area was beautifully decorated with flowers, torches, red carpet and rose petals. The evening reception was on the lower terrace inside the restaurant. Evelyn and George (the owners of Selene) were very accommodating enabling us to choose our own menu. The food was delicious and the atmosphere perfect. Our wedding was perfect exactly as we dreamed. Michael took care of every special detail to make our wedding unique. We couldn't have found a better wedding planner and highly recommend Michael to plan your wedding.
